This policy covers this website and Dana and Randy Morrison (“we”, “us”), a Florida-licensed REALTORS® with RE/MAX Aerospace Realty, working with buyers and sellers across Brevard County and Florida’s Space Coast. You can reach us by phone or text at (321) 499-0059.
What we collect
What you type. When you send a property inquiry, request a home valuation, book a meeting or use the chat window, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, home details and any message you choose to enter. If you call or text us we keep the phone number and the content of that conversation.
What the site measures. Every page view records the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your browser’s user-agent string, screen size and language, your IP address and an approximate city and region — but only if you accept the cookie banner. See the next section for exactly what happens if you don’t.
Cookies, analytics and what happens before you answer the banner
Until you press “Accept cookies”, your visit is not measured at all. No measurement request is sent, no cookie or visitor ID is stored in your browser, and nothing about the visit is written to our records. If you press “Decline”, that stays true and the site works exactly the same. We checked the site’s built code on August 9, 2026 to confirm this is what it actually does, not just what it says.
If you press “Accept cookies”, each page view then sends one small measurement request to our own website provider’s server (api.tryhively.com, operated by Hively Automation LLC, which builds and maintains this site). It records the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your user-agent, screen size and language, your IP address, and an approximate city and region derived from that IP by a third-party geolocation service (ip-api.com). A session ID is stored in your browser so returning visits can be recognised. This measurement is first-party — it is not shared with an advertising network.
You can withdraw the choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the banner will ask again.
What we do NOT do
This site runs no Google Analytics, no Google Ads conversion tag, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta/Facebook pixel, no Microsoft Clarity, no Hotjar, no session recording and no third-party advertising tracker. That was verified by inspecting the site’s built code on August 9, 2026. We do not sell your personal information, we do not buy personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles. If any of that ever changes, this page changes in the same update.
What your browser contacts just to load the page
Separately from the measurement described above, simply opening the site makes your browser request typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), listing photography from the MLS photo host (d36xftgacqn2p.cloudfront.net), and the current listing and market data from our own server (api.tryhively.com). These happen before you answer the cookie banner, because the page cannot display without them. They are how the page is drawn, not analytics: no visitor profile is built from them and no advertising cookie is set for us. As with any request on the web, the servers involved can see your IP address.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a home-value estimate, send you listings that match what you asked for, schedule and confirm meetings, keep the website working, and follow up with you about buying or selling on the Space Coast.
MLS / IDX data
Property listing data shown here is provided through MLS Internet Data Exchange (IDX) programs for your personal, non-commercial use only, solely to identify properties you may be interested in. The full IDX disclaimer is posted in the footer of the home page.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number we may call or text you about your request and about our real estate services, listings and promotions — including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice, and SMS text. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any real estate service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
Your mobile number, your opt-in, and any text-message consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers needed to run the site and reach you — website hosting and the measurement endpoint described above, email delivery, SMS delivery, and calendar/scheduling — and with RE/MAX Aerospace Realty and the other licensees, lenders, title and inspection professionals involved in a transaction you have asked us to help with. We also disclose information where the law, a court order, or Florida real estate regulation requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry, valuation and booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Florida real estate record-keeping obligations. Website measurement records are kept on a rolling basis for traffic reporting.
Your choices
Call or text (321) 499-0059 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Press “Decline” on the cookie banner — or simply never answer it — and your visit is not measured.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for how a website must respond to one, and this site does not currently change its behaviour when it receives a Do Not Track signal. Use the cookie banner and the opt-outs above instead.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying and selling real estate. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to inquiry records is limited to Dana and Randy and the website provider. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
